Prepare the Parcel
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garments are free of wear or damage.
Dispatch the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Bounty
Once our master tailors inspect the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5 business days.
